I specialize in Professional Liability, Cyber, and Management Liability (D&O/EPLI) as well as extensive experience writing a variety of lines for Artisan/General Contractors. Fast turn around and excellent customer service is what my team and I strive for every day.

Whitley has been serving the insurance industry for over a decade, with a proven track record in Construction General Liability and complex P&C placements. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, she began her career at her family’s retail agency and built her expertise from the ground up. With a B.A. from Flagler University and an MBA from Thomas University, Whitley combines strong business acumen with firsthand construction knowledge to deliver results that protect both projects and profitability.

Construction risks are rarely simple, but Whitley thrives on the challenge—from navigating subcontractor exposures and Additional Insured endorsements to structuring OCIP/CCIP programs and mitigating high-hazard operations. She knows the questions to ask, the red flags to spot, and the creative solutions that get even the toughest accounts placed.

Outside the office, Whitley enjoys baking, crafting, soaking up the Florida sun, and spending time with her son.

I am a team player and an optimistic with long-standing career in the insurance industry specializing in Commercial Insurance with my niche areas being Professional Liability, Management Liability and Cyber Liability lines of coverage. Given my tenured and diverse background in the insurance business, I am also a generalist and I am happy to assist on anything that comes across my desk. I love to cheer for my team members and also consider myself a firefighter, when there is fire I figure out a way with my team to extinguish the problem, keeping our customers happy and finding solutions for their clients, which also brings out my creativity and negotiation skills. In my free time, I love spending time with my hubby and 2 boys. We are foodies and like going out to eat and having fun experiences together. I am a dancer at heart and love to exercise on a regular basis. It is also my way to connect with other like minded women to help each other build healthy sustainable habits: body, mind and spirit. I also love traveling and exploring new places.

Tony grew up In South and Central Florida and currently lives with his wife in the Jacksonville area. He has three grown kids and enjoys the outdoors, fishing, camping off roading, watching sports and working on the yard and garden with his wife in his free time.

He enjoys the ever changing rollercoaster that is the insurance business and can't see himself doing anything else as a career.
