Daniel started his insurance career in 2005. Daniel manages Novatae's wholesale broker division and leads Program development. During his career, he has focused on providing solutions for oil and gas-related risk, construction, product-driven accounts, and environmental risk. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds a CIC and CISR designation.

Chris Kerr is an experienced Insurance executive with over 18 years of experience in the insurance Industry.  He specializes in Workers' Compensation insurance, helping agents nationwide place coverage. Before joining Novatae, he led the work comp department of MarketScout and also led the marketing and sales team.

Bobbie Williams is a seasoned insurance professional with over two decades of experience in underwriting, specializing in allied healthcare and professional lines. Currently serving as Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader, Bobbie is the program director and lead underwriter for one of Novatae's in-house Lloyds bind facilities, offering medical professional coverage placement solutions for the allied healthcare and social services space.

Bobbie holds a background in Industrial Psychology and Pharmacology from the University of Texas.

Miguel was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, and currently lives in Charleston, SC, with his wife and kids. He has been in the industry since 2013, focusing on Commercial Property & Casualty. In his free time, Miguel enjoys traveling and fishing in Charleston Bay.

Wiley Morgan brings over 8 years of invaluable experience from two other MGAs to his role at Novatae. Wiley's dedication to excellence and his strategic approach have led to numerous successes in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining the wholesale insurance sector, Wiley spent over two decades thriving in the diamond import business, where he honed his skills in negotiation, customer service, and business development. His diverse background and wealth of experience bring a unique perspective to his work at Novatae. Wiley is committed to delivering exceptional results for Novatae and its clients.

My insurance career kicked off with a college internship at Lloyds of London. My expertise is in professional liability underwriting, primarily in the surplus lines arena. I’ve worked with various Lloyds coverholders for over 20 years, specializing in allied, miscellaneous, EPLI, cyber, insurance agents and architects, and engineers.

He is a Korean-American and fluent in Korean, English not so much (Kidding.) He loves to golf but claims he isn't very good.

AJ began his insurance career in 2010 after graduating from the RMI program at Ole Miss. Starting in customer service for a small MGA, he has seen many aspects of the wholesale business and focuses on general binding authority and brokerage business. He hold the CPCU and ASLI designations from The Institutes.

I started my Insurance Career in late 1999 with an MGA specializing in inland Marine / Yachts/sailboats and Race Boats. I have gained extensive knowledge over the years in Commercial Insurance (Specifically Contractors). I am married to a retired E7 Army Master Sargent, who spends most of his time doing executive protection. I have a soon-to-be high school graduate who wants to specialize in Biochemical Engineering. I have 3 cats and a dog who all seem to think I am the boss instead of my hubby lol. I also have a Bearded Dragon. For fun, I like to go on random road trips at the spur of the moment and enjoy going to concerts when I can. I am active in my church as well as my husband; we find that serving others not only brings us joy but serves a higher purpose.

Janice brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on building thoughtful, specialized solutions for the transportation sector. Now leading the Transportation unit at Novatae, Janice is focused on streamlining underwriting and distribution to better serve clients and partners in this complex space. She is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where she developed a deep commitment to leadership and service. Outside of work, Janice is passionate about mentoring, community involvement, and spending time with her family and friends.
