I am married with three grown children. I have been working in insurance since 1983. Started out in personal lines, then commercial lines on the agency side. When the agency sold I moved over to the MGA side and have been with the current office for 12 years. I love God, family, friends, adventures/traveling, football, fishing, camping, hunting, grilling, music, swimming, board games, decorating, and cooking. God willing, I will continue doing this work for many more years.

My name is Charlotte Cranford. I am a Producer in the Commercial Lines Department in the Novatae, Louisiana office. I am married and have 3 children and 10 grandchildren (which are a blessing). I love to spend time with my family, and do a lot of shopping in my spare time. Beach trips are my favorite vacations.

I am Laura Pilgreen. I am a Personal Lines Producer for Novatae, in the Ruston Louisiana office and have been for many years. I enjoy my work and my people are the best. My husband and I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Also, I have a cat named Ziggy and a dog named Little. We enjoy summer, cruises and the beach.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 1984. I hold a P&C producer license. I began my career working in the claims department of Southern States General Agency, Inc. and moved to the personal lines underwriting arena from there. I am well versed in both customer service and the underwriting of homeowners, manufactured homes & automobile insurance. My goal is to be the "Standard for Service".

My name is Dev Altic. I am a commercial underwriter in the Louisiana office of Novatae. I was born and raised in Ruston, LA and still call it home. I am married and the mother of 2 boys which keeps me busy. When I do have free time I love to read, shop and spend time with my friends and family.
