Patti DeMauro has been working in insurance in some form since 2004. Born and raised in New York, Patti attended Pace University and graduated early, with honors. After almost 30 years in New York, she moved to South Florida. Patti has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others succeed. She is a true team player and out of the box thinker that loves to find solutions for hard to place business. While her specialty is Professional, Management and Cyber Liability, she likes to think of herself as a generalist because she can handle anything that comes across her desk! She is an early riser so do not be surprised by an email as early as 4am! Patti has two children Gabriella- a competitive dancer and Nico who loves Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Whitley Avery has been practicing insurance since 2008. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, she began her insurance career at her family’s retail agency. Whitley obtained her Bachelors from Flagler University, followed by Masters of Business Administration at Thomas University. Saying that insurance and construction is all she's ever known definitely isn't an understatement. While construction savvy, Whitley loves a good challenge and finds valuable solutions to place your P&C business. When away from the office you can find Whitley at the nearest beach or river soaking up the Florida sun. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her sweet little family.

I am a team player and an optimistic with long-standing career in the insurance industry specializing in Commercial Insurance with my niche areas being Professional Liability, Management Liability and Cyber Liability lines of coverage. Given my tenured and diverse background in the insurance business, I am also a generalist and I am happy to assist on anything that comes across my desk. I love to cheer for my team members and also consider myself a firefighter, when there is fire I figure out a way with my team to extinguish the problem, keeping our customers happy and finding solutions for their clients, which also brings out my creativity and negotiation skills. In my free time, I love spending time with my hubby and 2 boys. We are foodies and like going out to eat and having fun experiences together. I am a dancer at heart and love to exercise on a regular basis. It is also my way to connect with other like minded women to help each other build healthy sustainable habits: body, mind and spirit. I also love traveling and exploring new places.

Tony grew up In South and Central Florida and currently lives with his wife in the Jacksonville area. He has three grown kids and enjoys the outdoors, fishing, camping off roading, watching sports and working on the yard and garden with his wife in his free time. He enjoys the ever changing rollercoaster that is the insurance business and can't see himself doing anything else as a career.
